• Deleting connector throws ObjectReferenceException

• Field mappings are lost when connector is re-imported or renamed

• Undo does not recreate EventHandler Actions

• SAM: User without a Name cannot be added

• Uploading an application to SAM does not progress past "Waiting for upload..."
